Legacy Festival Policies

To ensure we process all entrants as quickly as possible and do everything we can to ensure the safety of all customers, we have established the following policies:

Safety:

Access to the Legacy Festival area is controlled by security and all individuals are subject to the following:

All participants must be in possession of a valid ticket
All VIP attendees must wear a valid event wristband for ACCESS to the Legacy Festival VIP area.
Legacy Festival Security Staff reserves the right to search all persons and property to ensure the safety of all attendees.

Prohibited Items

Possession of the following items may result in immediate eviction from the festival, without refund:

All outside food and drink
Glass containers or any kind of glass
Weapons (including bazookas)
All items that can be used as weapons, for example: hammers and other tools, sports equipment (baseball bat, hockey stick, lacrosse stick, etc.)
Animals (except Service Animals). Please note that access will be denied if pets are present.
Fireworks, paper lanterns or any kind of explosive
Drones/UAVs
Laser pointers
Chains/Chain wallets
Video cameras (including drones)
GoPros
Audio recording devices
Professional cameras
Selfiesticks
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
Alcohol from the outside (including beer)
Large and medium sized backpacks
Music equipment/instruments
Umbrellas
Bicycles
Chairs
Inflatable lounge chairs

Lost and Found:

Lost and found items will be located at the Hospitality Booth at the festival entrance. If you find a lost item, please take it to the Hospitality Booth for the owner to pick it up.
